Cancellation Policy

📄 Vision Studio Non-Member Booking Terms & Conditions 1. Booking Eligibility Non-members may rent the studio but must book their session at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day or next-day sessions are reserved for Vision Pass members only. 2. Session Access Your booking includes access only to the selected space(s) and equipment during your reserved time. Additional gear or rooms require separate booking. 3. Time Limits & Setup Session time includes setup and breakdown. Please arrive on time and prepared. Late arrivals do not extend your scheduled time. 4. Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking. No unpaid or tentative bookings will be accepted. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a refund or studio credit. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable. 6. Lighting Assistance Basic lighting setup will be provided for non-members. Full creative setup, on-site camera support, and content coaching are available only to Vision Pass members or as an add-on. 7. Additional Gear & Staff If your session requires specialty gear or hands-on staff support, it must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges. 8. Clean-Up & Conduct Please leave the studio as you found it. Damage, misuse, or excessive mess may result in cleaning fees or suspension of future booking privileges. 9. Editing Services Editing is not included with studio time. If needed, editing services are available: • $150 per podcast episode • $65/hr for video editing • $75–$150 for photo retouching 10. No Walk-Ins Studio access is by appointment only. Walk-ins are not permitted.
