Cancellation Policy

🎙️ Vision Studio Podcast Policy (Non-Members) 1. Booking Requirements • All podcast sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. • Same-day bookings are reserved for Vision Pass members only. • Full payment is required to confirm your session. 2. Session Duration & Setup • Your booking includes use of the podcast room, table, chairs, mics, and headphones. • Session time includes setup and breakdown. Please arrive on time and plan accordingly. 3. Equipment Use • You will be provided with a clean, pre-set station including basic lighting and mic setup. • Our staff will ensure your equipment is working before your session, but hands-on support during your session is not included. • If you need assistance operating cameras, switching angles, or managing audio levels, this must be added as an optional upgrade during booking. 4. Guests & Conduct • You may bring up to 3 additional guests per session (max 4 people total in the podcast space unless approved). • All guests must follow studio rules and be respectful of time and equipment. 5. Audio & File Delivery • Your raw audio and/or video files will be delivered via Google Drive or Dropbox within 48–72 hours after your session. • If you require editing, services are available at the following rates: • $150 per podcast episode (audio and video) • $65/hour for additional content editing 6. Cancellation & Rescheduling • You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your payment. 7. Clean-Up & Responsibility • Please leave the area clean and organized. Any damage to mics, stands, or other studio property may result in repair charges. 8. No Show Policy • Missed appointments with no notice are non-refundable and may restrict future bookings. 9. Promotion & Tagging • We’d love to feature you! Tag us @visionstudiokokomo in any clips you post. • Non-members do not receive promotional boosts, social sharing, or staff collaboration unless part of a paid plan or project.
