Service Description
Business+ is built for companies, organizations, and teams that require professional content every month—marketing assets, educational videos, staff highlights, recruitment messaging, podcasts, photography, and more. This plan includes 16 studio sessions each month, giving businesses the flexibility to produce weekly podcasts, internal communications, training videos, product highlights, and social media content without ever scheduling a freelancer or hiring an internal team. Vision Studio staff run the equipment, help direct each session, and ensure brand consistency across all content. Business+ also includes a premium monthly editing bundle: up to 4 podcast episodes, 2 reels per episode, up to 4 talking-head videos, 6 standalone reels, and 10 edited photos. This structure allows businesses to maintain strong visibility across platforms while also producing evergreen content. All content is delivered through Pic-Time, giving companies clean, organized galleries for individual projects, reels, photos, and campaigns. Sessions are booked inside the Vision Studio app, where businesses have full access to the calendar and can schedule at their convenience. Business+ is the most complete content solution for companies that want to elevate their marketing and internal communication without hiring additional staff—your full-scale content engine, housed inside Vision Studio.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Requirements • All sessions must be booked through the Vision Studio app or online booking site. • Sessions are available in 1–1.5 hour blocks depending on membership level. • Booking includes setup + teardown time — clients must plan accordingly. • Studio availability is first-come, first-served. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations under 48 hours or no-shows will: • Count as a used session OR • Result in a $50 late cancellation fee (at Vision Studio’s discretion). • Frequent no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges. ⸻ Guests • Members may bring up to 4 guests per session (unless otherwise approved). • Guests who exceed the set visit limit must purchase their own membership or pay guest fees. ⸻ Session Usage • Sessions do NOT roll over. • “Use it or lose it” applies to all monthly sessions and editing credits. • Members must arrive on time — sessions begin and end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival. ⸻ Studio Expectations • Users must leave the studio in clean condition: • Reset sets • Return equipment • Remove trash • Any damage or missing equipment may result in repair/replacement fees. ⸻ Staffed Sessions • Staff will assist with: • Basic setup • Lighting • Camera positioning • Audio • Staff does not film for you unless stated in your plan. ⸻ Overtime • Overtime must be approved by staff. • Additional time will be billed at the studio’s standard hourly rate. ⸻ Professional Conduct • No smoking, alcohol misuse, or disruptive behavior. • Vision Studio reserves the right to remove anyone violating studio rules or damaging property. ⸻ Deliverables • Finished content is delivered through Pic-Time (photos & videos). • Raw files are transferred directly to client SSDs or Google Drive when applicable. • Turnaround times vary based on membership and project type. ⸻ Agreement Scheduling a session confirms that you understand and agree to all Vision Studio booking policies.
