Cancellation Policy

Vision Studio Free Session – Booking Policy 📌 General Policy • This free session is a one-time offer per person for new clients only. • Each free session includes up to 90 minutes of studio time. • The session is designed as a trial experience, not a full production package. • Availability is limited and subject to studio scheduling. • Vision Studio reserves the right to deny repeat bookings under this promotion. ⸻ 💳 Booking & Eligibility • A valid name, email, and phone number are required to book. • Clients must confirm their session time via the booking system or confirmation email. • This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or memberships. • Vision Studio staff will verify eligibility prior to the session. ⸻ ⏰ Arrival & Session Time • Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled session. • Late arrivals will result in reduced session time (the session will still end at the original scheduled time). • If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled and forfeited. ⸻ 🎥 What’s Included • Access to one studio setup (podcast, photo, or video station) • Professional lighting and basic equipment • On-site staff assistance for setup • A studio walkthrough and service overview Not Included: • Professional editing • Multi-camera production • Advanced set design • Raw footage delivery • Commercial usage licensing (unless otherwise agreed) ⸻ 📂 File Handling & Content • Clients are responsible for bringing any needed props, scripts, or digital assets. • Vision Studio is not responsible for lost or corrupted files. • Raw footage is not guaranteed to be delivered as part of the free session. • Any content created during the session may be used by Vision Studio for promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writing. ⸻ 🔄 Upgrades & Add-Ons • Clients may upgrade to: • A paid studio session • Editing services • A Vision Pass membership • Any upgrades must be booked and paid for separately. ⸻ ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows • Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. • Failure to cancel or reschedule will result in forfeiture of the free session. • No-shows are not eligible for rebooking under this promotion.
