Cancellation Policy
🎙️ TIME PODCAST – GUEST TERMS & CONDITIONS & CONSENT AGREEMENT Hosted by Vision Studio 1. Content Usage & Ownership By participating in the Time Podcast, you (the guest) agree to allow Vision Studio, the parent company and copyright holder, to record, edit, distribute, and publish audio and/or video content that features your appearance, voice, and likeness. You acknowledge that: • Vision Studio holds full ownership of the final edited content. • Vision Studio has the right to use the content across all media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Spotify, social media, websites) for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes. • Vision Studio may repurpose content into clips, graphics, or marketing assets without further approval. 2. Guest Rights As a guest, you are welcome to: • Share, repost, and promote your episode freely on your own platforms. • Request a copy of your full episode or marketing assets (e.g., clips or thumbnails). • Provide feedback or context to help shape your episode during pre-production. 3. No Compensation Participation in the Time Podcast is voluntary. Guests will not receive financial compensation or royalties for the interview or any future use of the content. 4. Accuracy & Representation You confirm that: • The information you share is true to the best of your knowledge. • You will not knowingly share confidential, slanderous, or illegal content during the recording. • You agree to notify the host beforehand if there are any sensitive topics or limitations on what can be discussed. 5. Cancellation Policy If you are unable to attend your scheduled recording, please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Repeated cancellations may result in forfeiture of your guest spot. 6. Agreement & Consent By submitting this form or participating in the recording, you acknowledge that: • You have read and agree to these terms. • You grant Vision Studio and the Time Podcast full permission to use your likeness and contributions for public and promotional distribution.
