Cancellation Policy

Vision Studio Editing Services – Booking Policy 📌 General Policy • All editing services are booked per clip, not per folder. • Once your project is submitted, our team will review your files and assets before starting work. • Turnaround time is typically 5–7 business days, unless you select the Rush Delivery add-on. ⸻ 💳 Payment • Full payment is required at the time of booking. • No project will begin until payment has been processed and your files are reviewed/approved. • Payments are non-refundable once editing work has started. ⸻ 📂 File Submissions • Clients must upload footage and all necessary assets (logos, fonts, brand guides, etc.) at the time of booking. • ⚠️ Do not upload a full drive expecting multiple videos. Each booking equals one edited video. • If files are missing, the project may be delayed until assets are provided. ⸻ 🎵 Music • Clients must provide copyright-safe music or request tracks from Vision Studio’s royalty-free library. • Vision Studio will not use copyrighted music unless the client provides proper licensing. ⸻ 🔄 Revisions • One round of revisions is included with each booking. • Clients must review the entire video and provide all requested changes at once. • Additional revisions may be purchased for $50 each. ⸻ 🚀 Delivery • Final projects will be delivered digitally via download link (Google Drive, Dropbox, or Client Area). • Rush Delivery (48 hours) is available for an additional fee. ⸻ ❌ Cancellations • Because editing is a digital service, cancellations are not available once files have been uploaded. • If you need to resubmit or change your order before editing begins, please contact us immediately.
